Conditions

1. Terms of delivery

a) After the order has been received, delivery takes place within a maximum of 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Orders received from Monday to Friday by 12:00 are processed on the same day.

b) For shipments within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the tariffs of the Swiss Post apply. From an order value of CHF 60.00, shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein with B-Post is free.

c) We reserve the right to deliver goods cash on delivery in certain cases.

2. Prices

The prices are shown in CHF. Bepure reserves the right to make any price changes.

3. Terms of payment

a) Payment is made by bank transfer on account. The payment deadline is noted on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a payment term of 30 days after receipt of the invoice applies.

b) Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of bepure.

c) In certain cases we reserve the right to ask the customer for prepayment.

4. Availability

The customer will be informed within 48 hours if a product is not available.

5. Right of return

The customer undertakes to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects in writing immediately, at the latest within 10 working days. The customer bears the costs for a possible return. These will be credited to him after the goods have been returned.

In general, a right of return of 10 days applies. The customer pays the postage. Returns must be registered by email.

All products must be unopened and salable. Our packaging is extremely resistant, but should the product be damaged during transport, send us an email to info@bepure.ch. p within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment >

6. Data protection

We do not pass on any personal customer data to third parties. This does not include data that is necessary for sending the mail.

7. General

bepure can change these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Place of jurisdiction

The business activities of bepure are based on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Kloten.
